Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship only within Ireland.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped free throughout Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday - Saturday).
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days (Monday - Saturday) after the order has been processed and shipped.
In total, the entire shipping process (including processing and delivery) takes an average of 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Saturday).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at info@evlou.com. We will replace the item or offer you a refund.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday-Saturday).
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.
In what condition should items be returned?
All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not attributable to us will not be accepted.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You must send the item(s) back to our warehouse in China.
