Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Return process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@evlou.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items, items without original packaging, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and the money will be back on your account within 7 business days after the return is approved.
